To activate your myCigna account, register at myCigna.com®1 or on the myCigna App.2 Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to:

  • Find in-network doctors and care
  • Check estimated costs before medical visits and procedures
  • Compare doctors and hospitals
  • Access your digital ID card
  • Estimate your drug costs with our Price a Medication tool
  • Get help finding lower-cost medications3
  • Review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

If you are a subscriber, log in to your myCigna account, go to the Wellness homepage and complete your health survey.

Once you’ve completed your health survey, click “Start Earning Rewards” to reach the website for our Take Control Rewards program, which lets you:

  • Get rewarded for taking healthy actions
  • Earn up to $325 in reward dollars for simple actions like completing your $0 annual wellness exam5
  • Redeem your reward points to help pay premiums and co-pays, earn merchandise or a Reloadable Reward Card6 and more

Log in to myCigna.com to locate in-network primary care providers (PCPs), urgent care centers, hospitals and more near you. You’ll also be able to review, confirm or change your primary care provider.

  • Health Information Line: Speak with a nurse clinician at $0 cost to you. They can help you decide if you should see your doctor, go to an urgent care center or visit another facility. Call the 24/7 NurseLine at 855.737.3582 to get guidance
  • 24/7 virtual care with MDLIVE®:7 $0 cost to speak with a board-certified medical provider or licensed therapist by phone or video anytime, day or night. Get an appointment in minutes.

Explore even more in-network care options

  • Convenience care clinic: Find them in grocery stores and pharmacies.
  • Urgent care center: If your condition isn’t life-threatening, you can see a doctor for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions, such as a sore throat, minor burn, sprain or cold and flu.
  • Emergency department (ED): Reserve the emergency department for life-threatening conditions only, such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe burns or bleeding. You’re covered in network and out of network.8

Set up your virtual care profile on MDLIVE on myCigna.com. Once you’re finished, you’ll have access to virtual care appointments from the comfort of your home—or wherever you choose. You’ll get:

  • Access to easy and convenient virtual appointments, such as your annual wellness exam, wellness screenings and urgent care visits
  • Secure one-on-one behavioral visits with licensed therapists and psychiatrists for conditions, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues and addiction
  • Secure one-on-one visits with quality board-certified doctors and pediatricians
  • 24/7/365 virtual care via video or phone—even on nights, weekends and holidays7
  • Prescriptions sent right to your local pharmacy if necessary

As a subscriber, you can earn 50 extra points through the Take Control Rewards program when you opt in to paperless.4 All plan documents will be organized securely in one convenient place.

Plus, earn another 50 points when you sign up for electronic fund transfer (EFT) billing and automatic payments. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Visit the Billing Dashboard on myCigna and select “Pay My Bill.”
  2. Fill out and complete your electronic fund transfer information.
  3. Enable reoccurring drafts and agree to terms and conditions

6 The Reloadable Reward Card is just one example of what may be redeemed with earned points in the Cigna Healthcare Take Control Rewards® program marketplace. The Health Assessment must be completed on myCigna and all four behaviors associated with the Annual Wellness/Preventive Care tile on the Take Control Rewards site must be completed. Points for the Wellness Exam and A1C Test are applied 10-15 business days after the health care provider submits the claim and that claim is received by Cigna Healthcare. There can be significant delays with getting your points added to your balance as it depends on when your health care provider submitted the claim to Cigna Healthcare.

7 $0 virtual care (no cost share) for eligible preventive care and Dedicated Virtual Urgent Care for minor acute medical conditions. Not available for all plans. HSA plans and non-minor acute medical care may apply a copay, coinsurance or deductible.
